Prime Appointments is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team. As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Business Partner in various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer Management: Ensure that all job offers are properly processed, contracts are drawn up, and offers are sent to candidates in a timely manner.
- Onboarding Process: Populate databases and systems with relevant information, set up payroll details, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
- Reference Checks: Conduct thorough reference checks, including DBS and credit checks where necessary, to ensure the integrity of our hiring process.
- Resignation Management: Manage exit procedures, including refunds and stock/vehicle damage, and ensure a seamless transition for departing employees.
- Documentation Preparation: Prepare necessary documentation for engineer reviews and salary reviews, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Recruitment Support: Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, liaising with agencies, and providing feedback to candidates.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources and Personnel is required.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Benefits: 22 days holiday + bank holidays, AE pension after 3 months, birthday leave, and health care cash plan after probation.
