HR Administrator Job Description

Adecco UK Limited is seeking a skilled HR Administrator to support their team in Harlow. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR administrative tasks, processing and maintaining accurate HR records, and assisting with absence management and staff well-being initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage HR administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Process and maintain accurate HR records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Assist with absence management, including investigating and resolving employee absence issues
  • Support staff well-being initiatives, including employee engagement and retention programs
  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
  • Provide administrative support for HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence
  • Support the HR team with ad-hoc projects, as required
Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in using HRIS and MS Office Suite
