Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Services Manager to join our team at AESC UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a rapidly expanding Maintenance site services section in achieving its key objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement full lifecycle preventative maintenance strategies and schedules.
  • Supervise and lead a team of Maintenance Engineers, ensuring the completion of planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks.
  • Schedule, allocate, and prioritise work orders, ensuring efficient resource management.
  • Manage major breakdown incidents, restoration, and corrective maintenance.
  • Develop and implement safe working procedures in accordance with recognised industry standards and approved codes of practice.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in a relevant site services or mechanical maintenance/engineering role.
  • Demonstrable experience of management.
  • Strong PC skills including MS applications, MS Project, and AutoCAD or similar applications.
  • Dayshift role.
  • Committed to attending training courses and self-development.
  • Potential for travel.
