Improve Lives as a Locality Care Team Leader with Norse Care
We are seeking an experienced Care professional to join our team as a Locality Care Team Leader in West Norfolk. In this role, you will lead and motivate others, work closely with home managers, and oversee the care provided to our residents.
As a Locality Care Team Leader, you will set an example through your delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. You will champion our residents' independence using your expertise to provide creative solutions that empower them to make informed choices in line with their person-centred care plan.
You will build strong relationships with your colleagues and community health and social care professionals. To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a full UK driving licence and be able to travel across West Norfolk.
