Business Process Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Manager to join our team in Central Manchester. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful adoption of the ITIL framework within our organisation.
Your primary focus will be on implementing and maintaining efficient business processes that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders. This includes developing and managing procedures, policies, and standards that promote service excellence and quality.
In this role, you will work closely with our technical teams to ensure seamless integration of IT services with business operations. Your expertise in ITIL certification and service delivery will enable you to provide guidance and support to our teams in achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business process improvements aligned with ITIL best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new processes
- Maintain and refine existing processes to ensure alignment with changing business needs
- Provide guidance and training to staff on ITIL principles and methodologies
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process automation and efficiency gains
