Job Title: Laboratory Equipment Technician

Salary: Estimated £28,000 - £42,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Equipment Technician to join our team at Queen's University. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing laboratory equipment, as well as providing technical support to staff and students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair laboratory equipment
  • Provide technical support to staff and students
  • Assist with deployment of modern data acquisition systems
Requirements
  • HND/HNC and/or NVQ level 4 in electronic engineering or higher (or equivalent)
  • 4 years relevant demonstrable work experience
  • Demonstrable experience in electrical/electronic maintenance and servicing
