About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Development Engineer to join our team at Gyrus Medical Ltd, an ATL Technology Company. As a key member of our R&D team, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of new processes for medical device manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement assembly processes for medical devices, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Documentation Practice (GDP).
  • Evaluate new projects and technologies to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain process documentation, technical reports, and presentations.
  • Conduct data analysis to monitor process performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process control tools and improvement techniques to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements
  • HNC or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Experience in medical manufacturing processes, technologies, and equipment.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and resolve process issues efficiently.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and process control tools.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
