Job Summary

A key contributor to our Specialized UK Retail team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales success. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for greeting and serving customers, closing sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every rider
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and related KPIs, demonstrating a strong understanding of our products and services
  • Process orders, deliveries, and restocking, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency
  • Contribute to a safe and secure working environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols
  • Participate in ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Demonstrable sales and customer service skills
  • Strong product knowledge and a willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Basic IT skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems
