Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team on a part-time basis, working weekends only. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every rider who visits our store.
  • Closing sales to help the team achieve sales targets and related KPIs.
  • Process orders, deliveries, and restock the store, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Carry out basic cleaning duties, ensuring the store is always tidy and well-presented.
  • Complete any reasonable request made by the Store or Assistant Store Leader to the best of your ability.
  • Professional and friendly conduct at all times within the team and especially with riders.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable salesmanship and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Sound product knowledge and the drive to learn continuously.
  • Empathy for riders in order to best deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Clear and effective communication skills.
  • I.T. skills in order to operate in-store systems.
