About the Role

The successful Financial Controller will be responsible for leading our Finance Team in EMEA, driving financial excellence, and contributing to the company's strategic growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be accountable for developing and implementing financial strategies to support our business objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Financial Strategies: Establish and maintain effective financial processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and targets.
  2. Lead the Finance Team: Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the finance department.
  3. Manage Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports for senior management and external stakeholders.
  4. Tax and Compliance: Ensure adherence to all tax regulations and compliance requirements across EMEA.
  5. Business Partnering: Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities for growth and profitability.
  6. Professional Development: Invest in employee development, promoting a culture of learning and growth within the finance team.

  • Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
    • Proven track record as a Financial Controller or similar role in a global organization.

  • Estimated Salary Range: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
