Job Title: Administration Assistant

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team at Staffing Match. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operational activities within the Traffic Office.

**Responsibilities:**

* Ensure all Transport Administration is accurate and up to date
* Contribute to the smooth and efficient operational activities within the Traffic Office
* Carry out all functions in line with company policies and procedures
* Deal with all incoming/outgoing telephone calls
* Ensure full compliance with tachograph and drivers hours
* Driver communication and debrief
* Complete daily reports by the end of each shift

**Requirements:**

* Able to communicate effectively
* Team builder with good interpersonal skills
* Willing to learn
* Able to work under pressure
* PC literate
