Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting audits of QSR/Retail operations to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough site visits to assess QSR/Retail operations and identify areas for improvement;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective action plans;
  • Evaluating and maintaining accurate records of audit findings and recommendations;
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including senior management and frontline staff.

Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field, such as Food Science, Quality Management, or Business Administration;
  • At least 3 years' experience in food service or retail food quality assurance, preferably within a multinational company;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits package.

Location: Flexible working arrangements available, with regular travel required to client sites throughout the UK.
