Care Co-ordinator Job Summary

\

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Scheduling/ Care Co-ordinator to join our team in Down & Lisburn. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating schedules to ensure our clients receive the highest quality care from suitable Care Professionals.

\

This exceptional service provides companionship, home help, and personal care with a minimum of one-hour home visits. You will have the opportunity to build fantastic relationships between clients and Care Professionals, making a real difference in people's lives.

Responsibilities include:

\
  • \
  • Coordinating schedules for clients and Care Professionals\
  • Ensuring client/Care Professional matches\
  • Supporting services reviews and completing client support plans\
  • Conducting staff supervisions and client quality assessments\
  • Representing the company at external events and meetings\

About You

\

You may be from outside the care industry but with excellent transferrable skills, and we would like to hear from you. You must be passionate about delivering high-quality service to our clients and Care Professionals.

What qualifications and experience do we need?

  • \
  • Excellent 'people' skills\
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing\
  • Experience of using People Planner software is an advantage, but not essential\
  • A strong problem-solving brain with organisational skills\
  • Ability to work at a fast pace in a changing environment\
  • Previous experience in the care sector or a related industry would be helpful\

Salary Information

\

The salary for this role is £24k to £26k depending on experience. This role is subject to an Access NI enhanced disclosure. Apply today to learn more.
