About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Share Scheme Tax Manager to join our Incentives and Rewards team. As a Share Scheme Tax Manager, you will be responsible for advising clients on commercial and practical issues related to the structure and design of employee equity and cash incentive plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on the tax and legal implications of incentive plans in the UK and globally.
  • Supporting clients with the implementation of equity and cash incentive plans in the UK and globally.
  • Developing strategies for the tax compliant and tax efficient delivery of incentives.
  • Drafting share plan and related employee communication documents.
  • Assisting with preparing technical updates to send to clients and contacts.

Requirements:

  • ACCA/ACA/ATII/ATT/CTA, Solicitor or Barrister qualification.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload with a flexible approach.
  • Understanding of relevant legislation in this field.
  • Able to produce high quality, client-facing, technically accurate, well-written work.
