About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Firewall Support Specialist to join our team at Fujitsu Services Limited. As a key member of our SDWAN Support team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and maintenance for our customers' firewall infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and maintenance for firewall operations, including configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement firewall solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of firewall technologies, including Cisco NG zone-based IOS Firewall solutions.
  • Participate in incident management, problem management, and change management processes to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge sharing initiatives to enhance team capabilities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in firewall operations, including configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of firewall technologies, including Cisco NG zone-based IOS Firewall solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret design documentation and define rulesets according to design.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with Juniper SRX firewalls.
  • Knowledge of application protocols, IDS/IPS, and content filtering.
  • Experience with high availability solutions and routing.
  • Switching experience.
