We are seeking a highly skilled Firewall Engineer to join our SD-WAN Support team at Fujitsu Services Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance on firewall operations, network security, and SD-WAN solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise on firewall operations, including configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement secure network architectures.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of industry-leading firewall solutions, including Cisco NG zone-based IOS Firewall and Juniper SRX firewalls.
  • Participate in incident management, problem management, and change management processes to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance team capabilities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in firewall operations, network security, and SD-WAN solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of application protocols, IDS/IPS, and content filtering.
  • Experience with high-availability solutions, routing, and incident management.
  • Ability to interpret design documentation and define rulesets according to design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
