We are seeking an experienced Account Handler to join our Client's Real Estate Team at Nashrock Insurance Recruitment. As an Account Handler, you will play a crucial role in administering renewals and midterm adjustments, as well as dealing with new business enquiries.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Client Executives to promote and support the team internally and externally to Clients.
- Work independently to identify account and client needs, maximizing client retention levels.
- Build and maintain strong Client relationships, confidentially managing day-to-day account handling.
- Attend Client visits and provide cradle-to-grave support.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Insurance, specifically in Property Owners, Commercial, Real Estate, or Construction.
- Forward-thinking and able to work on own initiative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
