Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a talented Sales Development Executive to join our team at BMS Performance. As a Sales Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business and presenting our portfolio of products to customers in the on-trade market.

About the Role

This is an entry-level role with full training provided, covering a mix of classroom learning and on-the-job training with our existing sales team. You will be working face-to-face with clients, primarily in the Cardiff area, to present our products and persuade them to purchase more.

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £30k, with an OTE of £35k
  • 25 days + bank holidays
  • A £5000 per annum car allowance

This role offers excellent opportunities for growth and development, with the possibility of moving into an Account Management role within 12-24 months. If you are a confident and ambitious individual with a passion for sales, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements

While prior sales experience is not required, you will need to be a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. University graduates or individuals with transferable skills from previous roles, such as customer service or sales, are encouraged to apply.
