About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our team at David Leslie Ltd. As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will oversee and manage HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly manage project development from start to finish, having responsibility and accountability for all aspects of the project(s) assigned to you.
  • Design review
  • Procurement of plant, materials & labour
  • Technical submittals
  • Overall Cost Management
  • Liaise with clients, sub-contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the project life-cycle

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in HVAC project management
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
