RGB Network is seeking an experienced HVAC Mechanical Project Manager to join their team. As a key member of the project delivery team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of HVAC Mechanical projects from tender handover to project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project development from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Oversee design review, procurement, programming, and cost management.
  • Coordinate with direct staff and sub-contractors on site.
  • Report to the Mechanical Director and liaise with clients.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently with values up to £1.5m.

Requirements:

  • Significant relevant experience in HVAC Mechanical projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering HVAC Mechanical projects with values up to £1.5m.
  • Proven longevity with previous employers.
