Inspection Manager

Rullion Limited is recruiting for an Inspection Manager to oversee the quality assurance process for our products. As part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in a mechanical or engineering environment, with experience in decision-making within a safety-critical environment. They will also have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
This is a challenging role that requires a high level of organization and planning skills. The successful candidate will work closely with the production team to identify and rectify any quality issues.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the quality assurance process to ensure compliance with product safety standards and best practice.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to minimize defects.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify and rectify quality issues.
- Provide training and guidance to new employees on quality procedures and protocols.
Requirements:
- Technical background in a mechanical/engineering environment.
- Experience in decision-making within a safety-critical environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
