Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Account Management
- Manage the sales pipeline from initial enquiry to quotation and follow-up to secure the sale.
- Ensure all sales communications are processed in a structured and timely manner.
- Full responsibility for the management and development of certain key accounts.
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities to achieve sales growth.
- Meet and exceed set sales targets as agreed with the Sales Manager.
- Support marketing requirements for different regions.
- Customer Service, After-Sales, and Reporting
- Manage the centralized inbox to ensure efficient response rates.
- Answer inbound correspondences and offer a high level of customer service.
- Manage customer support and technical enquiries with the technical support team through the CRM System.
- Process all quotations and pricing requests in-line with the sales teams' commercial objectives.
- Handle the commercial aspects of the after-sales servicing and repair process.
- Partake in any reasonable training necessary to support the role.
- Prepare regular monthly reports and sales presentations as required.
- Control pricing and discounting strategies to maximize sales growth in-line with the global pricing policy.
- Undertake any reasonable duties that may be required by colleagues or managers within the commercial team.
- Experience/Skills/Mindset
- Have a technical ability to understand the product range and its applications and communicate this to our customers.
- The individual needs to be fluent in French both written and verbal language.
- Individual who is goal-orientated and a self-starter with a desire to make improvements.
- Effective communication skills and confidence both on the phone and by email.

- Be a team player within a diverse team.
- Good computer literacy, knowledge of Office 365 and CRM desirable.
