This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact and foster innovation within a dynamic team dedicated to excellence. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and inspiring a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and implement efficient and cost-effective production methods to manufacture major sub-components and final assembly of machines.
  • Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality assurance departments to establish and implement containment and root cause fixes to manufacturing issues.
  • Implement best practice standard work on the shop floor to improve safety and quality and maximize efficiency.
  • Develop ergonomic processes designed around Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Provide production support to production departments.
  • New product introduction, design for manufacture reviews, establishing processes, and production launch.

Requirements:

  • 3rd level qualification HND in engineering or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or a similar profession.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a demanding role and use initiative.
  • Ability to use metrics to analyze results.
  • Strong passion for innovation and results-driven.
  • Strong planning, prioritizing, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Available to work flexible hours when required with notice.
