The Maintenance Engineer role at E3 Recruitment is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join a market-leading manufacturing firm in the Leighton Buzzard area of Bedfordshire.

As a Maintenance Engineer with our client, you will be responsible for providing plant-wide maintenance services, departmental support, and repairs to ensure all production targets are maintained. Your duties will include monitoring and supplying engineering support for machine set-up and changeovers to ensure product quality and efficiency.

Your Qualifications and Experience
  • A recognised engineering apprenticeship or qualification (e.g. NVQ, City and Guilds, ONC, BTEC or above) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • A high degree of health and safety awareness
  • Ability to fault-find, repair, and provide solutions to problems
