We are seeking an exceptional International People Partner to join our People team at Huel. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join our high-growth business and contribute to shaping our global people strategy.
The Role
We are looking for someone with around 5 years + of experience in HR, with a focus on international markets. You will have a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations in the US & Germany. Germany is a mandatory requirement.
You will be someone with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You will have the ability to drive change, influence decision-making, and solve complex people issues while being approachable with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
