Job Summary:
A highly experienced Project Director is required to lead the development of complex projects within Leap29. Reporting directly to the Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in project management, with experience of leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.

About You:
You will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven ability to deliver projects to a high standard. Your technical expertise should be matched by your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, which will enable you to effectively manage and motivate a team of up to 15 personnel. A thorough understanding of safety and quality procedures is essential, as is knowledge of planning and project controls. Ideally, you will have experience working in the Oil and Gas Industry, specifically in FEED and Detailed Design projects.

The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Leap29's leadership team and drive the success of our projects. Key responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and implementing project plans to ensure timely delivery and budget control
  • Leading cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
  • Managing relationships with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinating activities to ensure effective project execution
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to the Senior Leadership Team
