Are you passionate about fragrance and customer service? Do you have a flair for creativity and a desire to work in a dynamic retail environment? We're seeking a highly skilled Fragrance Specialist to join our team at Jo Malone London.
About the RoleAs a Fragrance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a unique and inspirational in-store experience for our customers. You will be an expert in our fragrances and products, and will be able to educate and advise customers on the best scents for their needs.
You will work closely with our sales team to create a welcoming and engaging store environment, and will be responsible for maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and create a unique and inspirational in-store experience
- Be an expert in our fragrances and products, and educate and advise customers on the best scents for their needs
- Work closely with the sales team to create a welcoming and engaging store environment
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
