At Jo Malone London, we're seeking a highly skilled and passionate Fragrance Specialist to join our team. As a Fragrance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a unique and inspirational in-store experience for our customers.

About the Role

We're looking for a talented individual who is passionate about fragrance and gifting. As a Fragrance Specialist, you will be the face of our brand, showcasing our luxurious scents and products to our customers. You will be responsible for:

• Providing personalized and authentic customer service to ensure a unique and inspirational in-store experience
• Building relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Creating a welcoming and engaging store environment that showcases our products
• Working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
• Participating in in-store events and promotions to drive customer engagement and sales
