We are seeking a highly skilled Applications Specialist to join our team at TRS Consulting. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through pre-sales demonstrations, post-sales training, and ongoing application assistance.
Key Responsibilities- Perform pre-sales demonstrations and post-sales customer training to ensure seamless adoption of our robotic liquid handling systems.
- Onboard new customers by engaging their teams in the launch process, ensuring a smooth transition to our technology.
- Travel to prospective customer sites, luminary sites, and trade shows to deliver presentations and showcase the capabilities of our systems.
- Provide ongoing application assistance and support to end users, addressing any technical issues or concerns they may have.
- Background working as a scientist or laboratory technician using DNA sequencing, tissue typing, or similar.
- Experience using automated liquid handling platforms and next-generation sequencing (NGS).
- Automation experience, ideally script writing.
- Ability to recognize and solve complex problems.
- Ability to communicate and understand the needs of both internal and external stakeholders.
