Senior Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team at Aspris Scotland. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care and professionalism for the children and young people in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the management of day-to-day operations within our services
  • Engage in and manage each child's plan to ensure the highest standards of care and professionalism
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to provide a unique community-based, living and learning environment
  • Support the development of children and young people to be fully included within the local community and to ensure they have the capacity to prosper beyond Aspris Scotland
