We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Senior Residential Support Worker. In this role, you will play a vital part in the management of our residential care services, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the management of day-to-day operations within our services
  • Engage in and manage each child's plan, ensuring it is implemented with the highest standards of care and professionalism
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to ensure the well-being and safety of our young people
