Escalator Service Technician

Stannah is a trusted name in the lift industry, recognized for its commitment to innovation, safety, and quality. Our company provides maintenance and repair services, and we are currently seeking an experienced Escalator Service Engineer to join our team.
Job Overview:
This role involves working on escalators and moving walkways from various manufacturers, conducting maintenance, repairs, and call-outs. You will be responsible for ensuring effective risk assessments and maintaining site log cards during every visit. Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibilities will include conducting maintenance, repairs, and call-outs on escalators and moving walkways, ensuring effective risk assessments and maintaining site log cards during every visit. You will also participate in our on-call rota, receiving additional standby and call-out payments. In addition, you will be required to maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need qualifications equivalent to NVQ Level 3 in Escalator Engineering or relevant industry certifications. A valid UK driving license is also essential for this position. You will be required to work independently, managing on-site works and building relationships with client staff and key stakeholders as the face of Stannah.
