About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to join our team at Holroyd Howe, a leading contract caterer providing fresh and innovative food services to independent schools and colleges.

As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for working closely with your teams to develop a great work relationship and provide exceptional customer service.

You will have excellent presentation, organisational, and communication skills, and be able to demonstrate a real passion for food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of catering staff to provide high-quality food and service to our clients
  • Develop and implement effective systems to ensure efficient and safe food preparation and service
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and waste
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a catering or hospitality environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety standards
  • Financial acumen and ability to manage budgets
