Operations Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Holroyd Howe, a leading contract caterer in the UK. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with our teams to develop a great work relationship and provide exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a background in exceptional food catering services and possess excellent presentation, organisational, and communication skills. You will be able to demonstrate a real passion for food & service and possess bags of enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead and motivate a team of experienced professionals to deliver exceptional food and service
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Manage budgets and resources to achieve financial targets and optimize operational efficiency
  • Stay up to date with current food trends and industry developments to drive innovation and excellence


Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar environment at a management level with excellent supervisory and communication skills
  • Be a proven, hands-on leader, able to invest in your team and their development
  • Be naturally outgoing and vibrant, display a real passion for food and customer service
  • Have excellent Health & Safety knowledge
  • Be financially astute and have strong IT literacy
  • Be innovative and creative and driven by excellence
