The Role

We are seeking a Senior Publicity Manager to lead and execute the PR element of campaigns for both fiction and non-fiction books. You will work closely with our publishing colleagues to create and implement ambitious, strategic PR campaigns that drive sales and capture attention.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies for authors and titles across our list
  • Contribute to the acquisition process by providing feedback on the PR potential of new books and attending pitches
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A proven track record of producing standout book PR campaigns
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to pitch and present confidently
  3. Highly organized with excellent time management skills, able to juggle concurrent projects
  4. Ability to think creatively and innovatively to generate buzz for our books
