Role Overview

The Public Relations and Events Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive PR and events strategy to enhance the visibility and reputation of 1PGR. This role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with media contacts, planning and executing a wide range of events, and managing all aspects of event logistics.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a PR strategy to promote the brand and its achievements.
  • Plan and execute events, including seminars, conferences, digital events, and internal social events.
  • Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective and high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to identify event opportunities that align with the company's business areas and strategic goals.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Proven experience in public relations, preferably within a professional services environment.
  • Experience in events planning and execution desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Drive to connect people and ideas.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
