About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Deputy Manager to join our team at Tops Day Nurseries. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in the educational and social development of babies and young children up to the age of five.

Your primary duties will include providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow, helping them to develop basic social and behavioral skills, and engaging them in age-appropriate play activities.

You will work closely with our experienced team to ensure that our children receive the highest quality of care and education. You will also be responsible for supporting the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursery, including staff supervision and training.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of a Level 3 in Early Years care and Education. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with children and has a commitment to providing high-quality care and education. You will need to be creative and able to think outside the box to provide engaging and educational activities for our children.
