About the Role:

DPS Group is seeking a highly skilled Support Manager to lead our Client Support Department in Glenrothes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional technical support and maintenance services in Automation, providing guidance and oversight to a team of support engineers and specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of support engineers and specialists to deliver technical support and maintenance services
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve support services and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a technical support leadership role
  • Strong technical knowledge of Automation and related technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
