Job Title: Oracle Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Functional Consultant to join our team at Triumph Consultants Ltd. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle HCM Transformation and a strong understanding of HCM functional processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth project transitions and service acceptance.
  2. Document and maintain up-to-date systems configuration documents.
  3. Configure and test new Oracle Fusion HCM features.
  4. Provide guidance and education to data owners and users to improve master data integrity and data flow between systems.
  5. Evaluate, design, implement, test, and deliver configuration and reporting solutions.
  6. Lead workshops to identify and solve HCM challenges and improve processes.
  7. Facilitate technical resolution and business communication for critical issues.
  8. Translate requirements and documentation for various audiences.
  9. Familiarity with Oracle Redwood configuration.
  10. Work with business change teams to ensure service management processes are understood.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in running and maintaining Oracle Fusion HCM and Legacy systems.
  2. Understanding of HCM functional processes.
  3. Experience in key end-to-end business processes, including Recruit to Retire.
  4. Experience in implementing Oracle Fusion HCM, Oracle Time and Labour, Employee and Manager Self Service, and HR Workflow.
  5. Excellent interpersonal, relationship, and communication skills.
  6. Ability to articulate technical issues to business stakeholders.
  7. A proven track record of being proactive and driving initiatives.
  8. ITSM toolset experience.

Desirable:

  1. Implementation of Oracle Redwood.
  2. Experience in implementing and working with ITIL processes.
  3. ITIL v3/4 Foundation Certification (Intermediate level or above preferred).
  4. Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Implementation Professional.
