Job Title: Oracle Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Functional Consultant to join our team at Triumph Consultants Ltd. As an Oracle Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Oracle Fusion ERP systems, with a focus on HCM Transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth project transitions and service acceptance.
  • Document and maintain up-to-date systems configuration documents.
  • Configure and test new Oracle Fusion HCM features.
  • Provide expert advice and education to data owners and users on master data integrity and data flow between systems.
  • Evaluate, design, implement, test, and deliver configuration and reporting solutions.
  • Lead and support workshops to identify and solve HCM challenges and improve business processes.
  • Facilitate technical resolution and business communication for critical issues.
  • Translate requirements and documentation for various audiences.
Requirements:
  • Experience in running and maintaining Oracle Fusion HCM and legacy systems.
  • Strong understanding of HCM functional processes.
  • Experience in key end-to-end business processes, including Recruitment, Selection, Onboarding, Retention/Talent Management, Offboarding, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Payroll, and Administration.
  • Experience in implementing Oracle Fusion HCM, Oracle Time and Labour, Employee and Manager Self Service, and HR Workflow.
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship, and communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate technical issues to business stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of being proactive, driving initiatives, and taking personal ownership.
Desirable:
  • Implementation of Oracle Redwood.
  • Experience in implementing and working with ITIL processes.
  • ITIL v3/4 Foundation Certification (Intermediate level or above preferred).
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Implementation Professional.
