Job Title: Oracle ERP Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT management consultant with a strong background in Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM technology to support business development and project delivery activities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud delivery lifecycle, functional, application, and technical architectural elements, and experience in leading teams to deliver technical projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support business development and project delivery activities across clients from multiple industries.
  • Communicate compelling solutions for Oracle Cloud technology in response to complex client problems.
  • Define and support overall technical solutions leveraging leading practice solutions to support business/technical requirements.
  • System design and delivery, including release management, integration management, data migration strategy, and technical project management.
  • Lead a team of resources to deliver technical project workstreams, integrations, or data migrations on larger engagements.
Requirements
  • Experience of working effectively with senior client representatives.
  • Conceptual knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP business processes across at least one - finance, procurement, HR, and/or Payroll.
  • Experience of multiple Oracle Cloud ERP full implementation project lifecycles, preferably from scoping and planning through to post-go-live support.
  • Specialist knowledge in one or more areas, such as integration workstream, extension workstream, data migration workstream, or enterprise reporting workstream.
