As a Shop Manager at Oxfam, you will lead a team of volunteers to manage a shop and raise vital funds for our cause. You will be responsible for motivating your team, creating a safe and energized work environment, and driving business results.

We are looking for a commercially aware and driven individual who can empower their team and make a real difference in our business. If you have high standards, a strong drive to achieve results, and are accountable for your business, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of volunteers to manage a shop and raise vital funds for Oxfam
