About the Role:
- Lead the design of our digital products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of user experience and visual design.
- Collaborate with our development team to ensure seamless integration of design and development.
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across our products.
- Work closely with our product management team to understand business goals and develop design solutions that meet those goals.
- Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio of work.
- Proven experience in leading design teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of design systems and their implementation.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work in an Agile environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
