We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Learning and Development function. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering a structured system of tailored learning to develop our people as rounded business professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver a holistic core learning offering aligned to our broader People Strategy, including Talent Management, ESG, Wellbeing, and EDI.
  • Develop and implement learning technologies and data-driven approaches to enhance the effectiveness of our learning programs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for enhancing our delivery and providing additional services to our clients.
  • Lead the development of future leaders and ensure coherence in our leadership development programs.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior learning and development role, preferably in a professional service business or a similar regulated environment.
  • Expert knowledge and expertise in learning and development methodologies and tools.
  • Strong collaboration and project management skills to ensure a creative design process across a range of stakeholders.
  • Qualification in instructional design, education, coaching, psychology/behavioural science preferred.
