About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director to join our team at Apple. As a key member of our Marcom team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing world-class communications across all media and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to concept and develop innovative marketing campaigns that showcase Apple's products and services.
  • Work closely with designers to guide art direction and design, ensuring that all visual elements align with Apple's brand and messaging.
  • Craft and review campaigns to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.
  • Present work to senior creative staff, product marketing managers, and Apple executives, articulating concepts with energy and enthusiasm.
  • Work across subject areas to integrate strategies and messaging for online, retail, channel, events, advertising, and new mediums of communication.
  • Guide creatives to do their best work and support each other's strengths.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in concepting, creatively directing, art directing, and producing major marketing, communication, or advertising campaigns.
  • A portfolio that showcases award-winning, mold-breaking, culture-shifting work.
  • Strong experience with cross-functional collaboration and successfully leading teams in creative projects.
  • Ability to work proactively in a creative and dynamic environment.
  • Understanding of the worlds and language of film and photo production.
  • Eye for aesthetic and ability to create a powerful story through work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in ideating and producing work in multifaceted mediums such as advertising, social media, conceptual campaigns, product launches, branding, photography, film, and video.
  • Passion for excellent design and art direction that is thoughtful, meaningful, provocative at times, clear, and inspiring.
