We are partnering with a reputable independent accountancy practice in Kent to find a talented Accounts and Tax Junior Manager to join their dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified ACA or ACCA professional, or have equivalent experience, with a strong background in mixed tax and accounts positions within a general practice setting.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts and Tax Senior or Client Manager looking to take on new challenges and contribute to the growth of a thriving practice.
The practice serves a diverse range of clients across various industries and sectors, offering a unique chance to work with a wide variety of client types and scope.
As an Accounts and Tax Junior Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a diverse client portfolio.
- Preparing and submitting statutory accounts.
- Overseeing bookkeeping and organization of accounting records.
- Preparing and submitting personal and corporate tax returns.
- Collaborating with the senior management team, including supporting Partners with projects.
- Contributing to the firm's growth by retaining existing clients and building relationships with prospective clients.
**Requirements:**
- ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in an accountancy practice.
- Proven experience in preparing accounts and tax returns.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage would be advantageous.
