**Salary & Benefits**

A highly competitive salary (approximately £40,000 - £55,000 per annum) is offered, depending on skill and experience. In addition to this, you can expect good career progression, international secondments, continuous training and development, discretionary bonus award, 25 days leave allowance, private health insurance, and 5% employer pension contribution.

**Job Description**

We are seeking a proactive and innovative Associate to join our Consulting & Professional Services team. As a globally integrated sector practice, we have extensive experience partnering with clients across various sectors, including Management Consulting, Technology Services, Business Services, and Professional Services.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough research and supporting the delivery of client engagements
  • Proactively assisting with marketing, pitching, and candidate management
  • Providing support to consultants in areas such as knowledge management, desk research, telephone research, written work, candidate and client interaction, and business development

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience working within the Consulting and Professional Services sector is essential
  • Experience working within Executive Search is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with a good telephone manner
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritise effectively
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
  • A proactive and structured approach, with a positive attitude to work and high attention to detail
  • Strong technology office application skills, including PowerPoint and Excel spreadsheet skills
