The Role

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Joinery Estimator/Surveyor to join our team in Surrey. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a growth strategy, building strong relationships with clients, and managing all aspects of the estimating process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy to drive business expansion
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform estimations and pricing strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements to enhance efficiency
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working for a joinery subcontractor with a track record of success
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong technical knowledge of the joinery industry, including relevant regulations and standards
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Sociable and client-facing with a strong focus on customer satisfaction

A competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered for this role.
