Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic planning: Develop and implement effective plans to meet the needs of students with complex needs.
  • Staff collaboration: Work closely with teaching staff to ensure seamless implementation of SEN services.
  • Continuous improvement: Regularly assess the impact of SEN provision and drive continuous improvement to enhance student outcomes.

About You:

We are seeking a passionate and committed individual with a strong background in special educational needs. A recognised teaching qualification and SENDCo accreditation are essential, as is experience working with children and young people with complex needs. A competitive salary of £60,000 per annum reflects your qualifications and experience.
