ENT Consultant

The University Hospitals of Northamptonshire is seeking a highly skilled and experienced ENT Consultant to join its well-established consultant team. This is a substantive, full-time (10PA) position that will contribute to the delivery of high-quality ENT services across the Northampton and Kettering combined Ears Nose and Throat service.

The post holder will have opportunities for cross-site sessions, if required, to meet service demands. The KGH and NGH combined offer comprehensive ENT care to around 800,000 people across the district, with a wider catchment for more specialized services.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, managing a caseload of patients, and contributing to the development of clinical services. You will also be expected to participate in undergraduate teaching, audit, and quality improvement initiatives, as well as engage in research and academic activities related to quality improvement.
